August 2025 – Present
Centralized “Open Items” list for UPS battery issues: paste a report, auto-parse into a live table, track severity and progress, and move completed work to history. Hosted on TrueNAS (Apache/NodePort) with Supabase + Deno and a read-only Netlify client for client users.
Automated Text Service Workflow

Automated workflow integrating ConnectWise and Twilio to send SMS reminders, track responses, and streamline two-way communication between technicians and clients for improved scheduling and follow-up efficiency.
Project Cost Estimator

A full-stack cost estimation web app built with React, Node.js, and Express.js. Deployed on Kubernetes, it automates proposal creation with real-time cost calculations and PDF reporting — reducing project proposal time by 10x and improving accuracy by 50%.
DCSG Intranet Hub

Built a secure, company-wide intranet hub using Kubernetes and Linux, enabling 24/7 hosting and access to custom-built internal applications for DCSG, centralizing all operational tools and improving reliability and collaboration across teams.
Report Text Formatter

Automates battery test reporting by converting raw field data into clean, standardized summaries with built-in follow-up logic. This streamlined process creates reports 300% faster, significantly reducing manual work and eliminating errors in documentation and follow-up recommendations.
Towson University Techub
